To ensure that you receive the full length of your service, we suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment. Paperwork from first time clients is collected at this time, and all spa guests may prepare for their spa experience.
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%.
A gift card or credit card is required when making reservations.
An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to groups of 5 or more.
To save time you can print out any of our forms and bring them in with you when you come in for your next visit.
All new clients will need to fill out the New Client Questionnaire form.
